Marketing Campaign Manager (Paid & Integrated Campaigns)
About wflow
Wflow helps finance teams across Europe automate document processing, expense approvals, and financial workflows — all in one secure, auditable platform. Recognized by Sifted as one of the Top 250 fastest-growing startups in Europe in 2025, we’re growing fast, trusted by thousands of organizations, and looking for a Marketing Campaign Manager to take ownership of our paid media, campaign performance, and integrated marketing programs.
This role is all about turning budget into measurable business impact — across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and Seznam, but also through coordinated, full-funnel campaigns that combine paid and non-paid tactics. You’ll be responsible for planning, executing, optimizing, and reporting on campaigns that build brand awareness, drive demo requests, and help us hit pipeline goals.
What you’ll do
1. Paid Media Management
You’ll own wflow’s paid performance across all key platforms.
Plan, launch, and optimize PPC and paid social campaigns (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, Seznam).
Manage budgets, bidding strategies, and pacing to maximize ROI and pipeline contribution.
Continuously test creatives, copy, landing pages, and targeting for incremental improvement.
Track and report on CPL, CAC, and conversion metrics with clear business context.
Coordinate with agencies or freelancers when needed — but remain hands-on in execution.
2. Campaign Strategy & Orchestration
You’ll design and manage integrated marketing campaigns across channels.
Build full-funnel campaigns that connect paid, email, content, and organic channels.
Align campaign narratives and assets with product launches, events, or seasonal opportunities.
Collaborate with content, design, and product marketing to ensure cohesive messaging.
Manage campaign calendars, brief creative assets, and ensure on-time delivery.
3. Analytics, Reporting & Experimentation
You’ll use data to make smart decisions and prove impact.
Set up and maintain dashboards for campaign tracking and attribution (GA4, HubSpot, Looker).
Measure performance across channels and continuously iterate based on data.
Run controlled experiments to test new platforms, messages, and audience segments.
Present learnings and recommendations to marketing and leadership teams.
4. Cross-Functional Collaboration
You’ll ensure campaigns connect across the whole funnel.
Partner with Product Marketing on messaging and GTM campaigns.
Work with Sales and RevOps to ensure campaigns align with ICPs and pipeline goals.
Support events, webinars, and co-marketing initiatives with paid promotion.
Share insights from paid channels to inform website optimization and content strategy.
What you’ll bring
5+ years of experience managing PPC and paid social campaigns, ideally in B2B SaaS.
Deep hands-on expertise with Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, and Seznam Sklik.
Strong understanding of campaign strategy, targeting, and conversion funnels.
Analytical mindset — comfortable using data to make and justify decisions.
Experience managing budgets, reporting on ROI, and optimizing toward business KPIs.
Fluency in Czech (C2/native) and strong proficiency in English (C1).
Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable juggling multiple projects in a fast-moving team.
Bonus points for
Experience with HubSpot, GA4, Looker, or similar analytics tools.
Understanding of B2B lead generation and CRM attribution models.
Strong writing and creative briefing skills — you can translate performance insights into creative direction.
Knowledge of SEO or organic social as complementary channels.
Experience working with finance or accounting audiences.
Why this role matters
You’ll play a pivotal role in scaling wflow’s marketing engine — shaping how our message reaches finance teams across Europe, making sure every campaign drives measurable impact, and helping us build a performance-driven marketing culture.
