Junior Digital Transformation Consultant

The Mission

We are hiring a Smart Factory Consultant to help industrial clients navigate ambiguity, uncover ROI-positive digital use cases, and drive transformation with IIoT, RTLS, and Digital Twin technologies. This is a hands-on, sleeves-rolled-up role—not for those seeking routine or predictability.

You’ll work side-by-side with plant teams and C-suites alike, get into the weeds of operations, and bring structure to complex environments. Expect to wear multiple hats, learn fast, and move from workshop facilitation one day to system testing the next.

Your Skills

Use Case Discovery & Client Engagement

• Conduct deep-dive workshops to map people, process, and operational culture
• Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies where real-time visibility, automation, or digitization can create measurable ROI
• Translate qualitative insights into prioritized, technically feasible use cases

Solution Definition & Roadmap Design

• Craft de-risked, vendor-neutral Smart Factory roadmaps with clear business justifications
• Define solution building blocks using RTLS, IoT, AI, and integration layers
• Align recommendations with implementation complexity, cost, and scalability

On-the-Ground Support

• Participate in deployments, trials, and site assessments—tools, cables, and all
• Validate technical feasibility with engineering teams and third-party vendors
• Work directly with client teams to ensure adoption-readiness and feedback loops

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Interface closely with sales, delivery, product, and technical teams
• Prepare documentation, client comms, and internal briefs that drive clarity and alignment
• Support internal knowledge sharing and playbook development

Performance Measurement

• Number of successful roadmap deliveries and use case adoptions
• Client feedback and engagement quality across project lifecycle
• Accuracy of scoping and alignment between roadmap and technical delivery
• Repeat business and expansion opportunities driven from prior engagements

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in digital transformation, industrial consulting, operations, or implementation (Smart Factory, IIoT, or RTLS strongly preferred)
• Strong communication and facilitation skills with both shopfloor and senior leaders
• Demonstrated ability to thrive in ambiguous, evolving client environments
• Exposure to or hands-on experience with OT/IT integrations, sensors, AI/ML, or digital twins
• Proficiency with documentation, diagramming, and collaboration tools (Miro, Lucidchart, Google Workspace, etc.)
• Travel-readiness for short-term assignments (EU, North America, MEA as needed)
