Who we’re looking for

You’ve built and shipped real products. You care about clean architecture, intuitive UX, and measurable outcomes. You know how to work with developers, not just tell them what to build. You speak both business and tech – and you love turning user feedback into practical improvements.

Must have

  • 5+ years of product management experience in SaaS or a high-growth tech environment, with real ownership of features or product areas.
  • Strong understanding of B2B SaaS and web technologies.
  • Strategic thinker with excellent execution skills - you can go from high-level vision to detailed tickets.
  • Data-driven mindset - ability to define, track, and act on product metrics.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Self-management & proactivity in a remote environment  - comfortable working independently and thriving without micromanagement. Experience working with cross-functional remote teams.

Nice to have

  • Experience working closely with technical founders or small, fast-paced teams.
  • Bonus if you’ve launched your own product or side project.
  • Familiarity with areas such as personalization, automation, or MarTech tools.

What you’ll do?

As a CPO, you will take full responsibility for 1–2 of our SaaS products - from vision and strategy to execution and delivery.

  • Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
  • Translate business goals (growth, retention, profitability) into actionable product outcomes.
  • Lead product discovery: analyze customer needs, market trends, competitors, and emerging technologies.
  • Collaborate closely with design, engineering, and marketing to deliver high-quality features that delight users.
  • Ensure product scalability and reliability, balancing new features with technical excellence.
  • Build and maintain feedback loops with customers, support, and stakeholders.
  • Represent the product internally and externally - from alignment meetings to customer calls.
  • Report directly to the Head of Product while having full autonomy over your products.

Your mission

Your mission is to make our SaaS products even more essential to the teams who rely on them. That means improving usability, expanding functionality, and driving product-led growth – all while keeping things fast, simple, and reliable.

You’ll focus on two outcomes:

  • Increasing product value for our users - measured through adoption, retention, and satisfaction.
  • Driving sustainable growth - by improving activation, reducing churn, and identifying new opportunities.

Interview process

  3. Case study – an at-home assignment that also prepares you for the next round.
  4. Online interview – conversation with the hiring manager, focused on technical aspects, role scope, and responsibilities.
