About the project
We’re partnering with a brand-new AI healthcare company from Norway on a mission to transform clinical workflows. The platform automates time-consuming documentation, supports decision-making, and streamlines patient interactions — helping clinicians spend less time on admin and more time with patients. 🩺✨
As a Senior Engineer, you’ll work closely with the CTO and a small core team to design, build, and scale the platform to broader European health systems. Expect a fast-moving startup environment where outcomes matter and your work directly impacts doctors and patients.

Build and ship end-to-end features across the stack
Integrate and productionize AI/LLM capabilities with solid guardrails.
Design for scale, performance, and security in a regulated environment.

What we expect from you:
Fully remote within Europe; reasonable CET overlap preferred.
✅ Strong experience (5+ years) building production web apps
✅ Deep hands-on skills with TypeScript, React/Next.js, and Postgres
✅ Track record shipping full-stack products to real users
✅ Experience or strong interest in AI/ML and staying current with new tech
✅ Product mindset & UX awareness — you care about the user outcome
✅ Pragmatic, fast learner, comfortable in ambiguity and startup pace✨ Bonus: real-time systems, WebSockets, healthcare or regulated domains, security/compliance
