IT Support Specialist
The Tech Operations team, led by Radek Žikeš, is currently looking for a new team member to help expand our support section. Your role will involve managing end-user devices, providing user support, preparing hardware for new colleagues, managing identities, and communicating with hardware suppliers. What will you do?
User support and everything that comes with it: onboarding, offboarding, hardware replacements, installations, and troubleshooting.
Hardware and meeting rooms: We set up meeting rooms and provide technical oversight for regular lectures and meetups.
Managing user accounts and access rights, including communication with our suppliers.
Installing, configuring, and updating operating systems and applications.
What are we looking for?
A proactive approach, a desire to solve problems, and the ability to find their root causes.
Strong communication and comprehension skills.
Experience in administering at least one operating system (Windows, macOS, or Linux).
Experience with ordering, asset management, and servicing end-user hardware.
Basic network knowledge.
Proficiency in English (B1 or higher).
We will be extra happy if you
Advanced skills in macOS, Linux, or Windows.
Admin experience with Google Workspace.
Knowledge of MDM tools and policies.
Experience communicating with suppliers and business partners.
Familiarity with security standards for end-users.
