We are looking for an Account & Project Manager

Geneea is a Czech technology company developing AI for text processing and working with media and businesses around the world. We are looking for a new colleague to join our team as an Account & Project Manager – someone who will connect clients with our development team, ensure smooth project delivery, and help us grow long-term customer relationships.

Responsibilities

daily communication with clients (mainly international) – calls, emails, chat
long-term client care, identifying opportunities for upsell
coordination between clients and the development team
preparation of proposals and participation in their presentation
project management – planning, monitoring deadlines and deliverables, ensuring smooth progress
transferring client feedback to the product development process

Requirements

excellent English (C1), both spoken and written
strong communication and organizational skills
ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
reliability, independence, and meeting deadlines
willingness to learn about AI, SaaS, and the media industry

Nice to have

experience with SaaS, B2B, AI, or the media industry
knowledge of additional languages (e.g., German, French, Dutch)
positive attitude towards business and sales (mainly upsell, not cold sales)
familiarity with modern online tools (CRM, task management, Google Workspace / MS Office)
