The Challenge
After a year of rapid growth, we’re not just looking to keep up the pace—we’re ready to scale in the Czech and Slovak markets, and over time also internationally with a strong focus on the UK market.
That’s why we’re searching for a strategic and hands-on Head of Sales to lead our sales team. You’ll be responsible for leading and scaling our sales team, optimizing our sales processes, and ensuring that we hit our ambitious revenue goals.

You should be someone who:
Has proven experience leading or co-leading B2B SaaS sales teams (3+ years), especially in the SME segment
Knows how to keep a steady, predictable MoM MRR growth
Understands sales psychology and motivation techniques—from commission structures to KPIs
Is strong at building the structure for hiring top sales talent
Takes a data-driven approach—you can assess sales analytics, identify bottlenecks and opportunities, and optimize reporting
Is skilled in sales funnel optimization—you’ve got a track record of increasing conversion rates
Speaks proficient Czech and English
Bonus points if you:
Have experience with trial-to-paid conversion challenges and know how to reduce early churn.
Have worked on international sales expansion, especially in the UK market.
Have experience in the HoReCa segment
How You’ll Make an Impact
Identify and fix bottlenecks in the sales process—scripts, strategies, team structure, and lead qualification
Lead hiring & team development—define new roles, hire the right people, and retain top talent
Operate with full hiring autonomy—source, interview, and make final hiring decisions
Improve overall sales performance through better coaching, incentives, and motivation technique
Optimize conversion rates from lead to closed deal
Own sales analytics—evaluate current tracking, identify issues, and either fix or rebuild the system
