About Us:

At Dishboard, we are building a global SaaS platform that helps restaurant owners and managers simplify financial management. Our solution integrates AI, automation, and real-time analytics to provide clear insights into profitability, cash flow, and financial obligations.

With over 400 satisfied customers across multiple countries, including the UK, Poland Czechia and Slovakia, we are scaling fast and need a skilled UI/UX designer to help us build a restaurant management system of the future!

👇What You’ll Do:

Take full ownership of the product design across web and mobile
Improve the structure and usability of an interface that’s grown complex over time
Collaborate daily with developers and leadership team
Create and maintain clean, component-based design systems in Figma
Deliver wireframes, mockups, and final UI assets
Support developers during implementation and handle feedback loops
Occasionally help us out with graphics design for marketing

👇What You Should Have:

Must-Haves:

3+ years of experience in UI/UX or product design
Solid experience designing for web apps
Strong skills in Figma (components, variants, auto-layout, etc.)
Ability to simplify complex interfaces and organize flows
Comfortable working directly with developers and iterating fast
Portfolio you are ready to share
Good English communication skills (written and spoken - team communication will be in English)

Nice-to-Have (but not required):

Experience designing both web and native apps
Previous work with SaaS or B2B platforms
Understanding of responsive design and accessibility
