Sales Lead — Distress Monitor (B2B SaaS, pan-European)

We've built Distress Monitor (https://distress-monitor.com) — a real-time insolvency monitoring tool for companies that need to know the moment a supplier or customer gets into financial trouble. We cover 17 European countries and expand, the product is live, and we have early customers paying. The product is ready. Now we need someone to take it to market.
The role
You'll be our first sales hire and own the sales effort end to end. You'll inherit a small pipeline from our personal networks; everything beyond that you'll build. You'll decide which industries and markets to attack first, run outbound hunting, and close Enterprise deals across Europe. As we grow, you build the team.
Your week, roughly:
- Identify and engage Heads of Risk, Procurement, Treasury, and CFOs at mid-market and enterprise B2B companies
- Run the full cycle: prospect → discovery → demo → negotiation → close
- Own the relationship with new customers through their first renewal
- Feed product and positioning insight back to the team
We're looking for someone who:
- Has closed B2B SaaS or related deals (credit-risk, compliance, business-data products backgrounds welcome) at the kind of stakeholders above — Head of Risk, CFO, Procurement etc
- Brings their own network and isn't afraid to use it
- Is comfortable being the only salesperson in the room — running pipeline, forecasting, and self-managing
- Speaks fluent English.
German, French, or any second European language is a plus, not a requirement - Is based in Prague or near enough to be in the room with us regularly

- €40k/year base + uncapped commission (20% of first-year annual contract value on new Enterprise deals, paid on cash collected; accelerators above quota)
