Business / Operations Automation Specialist

We’re looking for a technically minded, hands-on specialist who enjoys turning unclear business needs into practical, working solutions. You’ll help us simplify internal operations across departments by designing workflows, connecting tools, automating repetitive tasks, and improving data visibility. 


What Will You Do?

  • Map, improve, and automate internal processes across the company — especially in finance, sales, and operations.

  • Translate business requirements from different departments into clear action steps and functional workflows.

  • Design complete solutions: from understanding the problem and need, designing the workflow, choosing the right tool, setting up automation, and making sure it works in practice.

  • Build automations using tools such as Zapier to connect business tools like Asana, Fakturoid, Power BI, Pipedrive, Mailchimp, G Suite tools, and others.

  • Help introduce, configure, and optimize internal tools such as Atlassian, Asana, Jira, Confluence, or access management automations.

  • Structure and connect internal data so teams can work with it more efficiently.

  • Occasionally, create and maintain dashboards in Power BI or similar tools to bring better visibility into sales, finance, marketing, and operational data.


We’re a Good Fit If You…

  • Are proactive, analytical, and good at solving problems independently.

  • Have a strong interest in simplifying processes and improving how a company operates.

  • Can think in business terms — you understand the need and can turn it into a clear, practical solution.

  • Don’t mind vague or unclear assignments. You can ask the right questions, clarify the goal, propose a solution, and bring it to life.

  • Have at least basic experience with automation tools such as Zapier, Make, or similar platforms.

  • Have basic programming awareness or technical thinking — you don’t need to be a software engineer, but you should be comfortable thinking in structured, logical steps.

  • Speak Czech and English confidently enough to work with internal teams and documentation.


Which Tools Should You Know?

  • It is a strong advantage if you know Zapier (knowledge of Make, or similar automation platforms, is a plus).

  • Power BI or other data visualization tools.

  • Asana and Atlassian tools, especially Jira and Confluence.

  • MS Office, especially advanced in Excel.

  • Google Workspace, especially Google Sheets.
