Real estate is a relationship-heavy industry, and our software is complex. That's why we need people who can combine strong communication with technical understanding — not just friendly faces.
What the job actually looks like
This is a strategic client role. You'll be the go-to person for our largest and most important clients — the biggest players in residential real estate development across the Czech and Slovak markets. Your portfolio will consist of around 13 accounts today, growing to a maximum of 20.
These aren't accounts you manage from behind a screen. Personal meetings make up around 70% of your communication — the rest is online. You'll deal with multiple stakeholders on the client side, from project managers to C-level executives, and you need to be comfortable navigating complex organizational structures.
Your job, in practice:
- You own the relationship. You're the face of Realpad for our top-tier clients. You build trust at every level of their organization and become their strategic partner.
- You implement and expand. You lead onboarding, drive adoption across departments, and identify opportunities to deepen our footprint within each account.
- You consult. You understand the client's business, their processes, and their pain points. You bring ideas, not just answers. You help them shape their digitization strategy using our platform.
- You protect and grow revenue. You ensure retention, spot upsell opportunities early, and turn them into results. With accounts this size, every renewal and expansion matters.
This is a high-touch, high-trust role where your ability to read people, manage expectations across multiple stakeholders, and deliver real business value will define your success.
Where and how you work
This is a hybrid role based in Prague, with frequent travel across the Czech Republic and Slovakia to meet clients in person. Expect to be on the road regularly — this isn't a desk job.
What we're looking for
- Native Czech or Slovak speaker with strong English (B2+). English is our official company language — we're an international team across multiple countries, so you'll use it daily in internal communication, documentation, and cross-team collaboration.
- Senior profile with enterprise experience is a significant advantage. You know how to navigate multi-stakeholder environments, handle escalations, and maintain relationships at the executive level. This is not a junior role.
- A relationship builder who can go deep. You don't just maintain contacts — you build genuine partnerships. You're someone clients call when they need advice, not just when something breaks.
- Technically capable. You pick up complex tools fast and understand how software fits into a client's workflow. Experience with Notion, Excel, Word, or workflow tools like Wflow is a plus. Previous experience implementing a CRM or similar SaaS tool is a big advantage.
- AI-friendly. We actively use AI in our daily work and expect you to do the same. If you're someone who's already experimenting with AI tools to work smarter — that's a big plus. If AI still feels like something to avoid, this probably isn't the right fit.
- A strategic thinker who executes. You can see the big picture for an account — where the value is, what risks exist, where to push — and then actually make it happen.
SaaS experience is strongly preferred. What matters most is that you've worked with demanding, high-value clients and know what it takes to keep them happy and growing.
