This role is ideal for a high-energy „doer “who thrives in a startup environment, someone who is proactive, technically versatile, and ready to take full responsibility for our marketing output. You will report directly to the CEO/COO. This role requires a fluency in czech language
Your Key Responsibilities:
End-to-End Execution: Own the daily marketing operations, from producing sales materials (leaflets, presentations) to streamlining translations for 8+ global markets.
Event Management: Lead our international trade show presence - handle everything from scouting conferences and stand logistics to writing post-event press releases.
Sales Enablement: Act as the go-to partner for our Sales team, ensuring they have premium online and offline assets to close deals.
Resource Management: Coordinate external specialists and manage vendor relations to ensure every dollar is spent effectively.
Digital Presence: Oversee our LinkedIn, YouTube, and website to ensure our premium B2B positioning remains consistent.
What You Bring:
Proven Track Record: You have solid experience in a similar marketing role (ideally B2B)
"Doer" Mindset: You move the needle every day. You are technically versatile and can use modern tools (AI design software) to produce assets quickly.
Autonomy: You take a brief and run with it. You’re proactive in identifying what needs to be done before you're asked.
Adaptability: You thrive in a startup environment and can pivot between managing a graphic designer and organizing a shipment for a conference in Japan.
What We Offer:
Work setup: 4 days in the office (Vinohrady, Prague 2) + 1 day home office
Compensation: Monthly salary between 50 000 – 65 000 CZK depending on your experience and seniority
