At Senzomatic, we support sustainable construction by helping owners, developers, architects, insurers, and other stakeholders manage the risk of moisture and mold damage in wooden buildings.

Our technology combines hardware sensors and software to monitor and predict risks in construction. We are expanding our marketing team with a Marketing Manager focused on execution. In this role, marketing is all about getting things done. You will own the entire marketing function, reporting directly to the CEO and our Global Head of Marketing, with a clear path to a regional or global position as we scale.

This role is ideal for a high-energy "doer" who thrives in a startup environment, someone who is proactive, technically versatile, and ready to take full responsibility for our marketing output.

What you’ll be doing

Execution

  • You will manage the daily operations of your marketing department.
  • Become support to our Sales team and other teams on a daily basis.
  • Manage designing and printing of our leaflets, business cards, presentations, marketing materials and much more.
  • Streamline the process of translating texts into global languages, including texts on our website: English, Czech, German, French, Spanish, Swedish, Japanese, Chinese.
  • You will cooperate with our 3 external colleagues in the marketing team.

Strategy & Structure

  • You will establish and maintain a consistent rhythm of our marketing communication.
  • You will execute marketing activities cost-effectively — sourcing vendors, comparing quotes, and make sure every marketing dollar is spent with intention.
  • Handle communication with our external graphic designer and help design our marketing outputs.

Sales Enablement

  • Execute online and offline marketing communication — including social media (LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube) and offline channels such as print materials and conferences.
  • Oversee our digital presence together with our social media specialist and ensure it reflects our premium positioning.

Events Marketing

  • Lead our presence at international trade shows and conferences – from the mapping of the conferences, communication and ordering the stand to managing the designs and logistics.
  • Help to represent Senzomatic at industry events, building relationships.
  • Take charge of writing press releases from conferences and events.
  • Track and evaluate conferences and industry events, proactively identify new opportunities to present Senzomatic, and assess the impact of each event we attend.

What you’ll need

  • A "Doer" Mindset: You get things done. Not just one big thing, but many moving parts at once, moving the needle every single day.
  • Technical Execution: Strong personal experience with a wide range of media tools; you can produce assets quickly and efficiently yourself.
  • Autonomy: You don’t wait to be told twice. You take a brief, run with it, and deliver results.
  • Adaptability: A hunger for learning, whether it’s a new AI tool, video editing, or an unfamiliar market, you figure it out.
  • Strategic Efficiency: The ability to manage external contributors (social media, graphics) and vendors cost-effectively.

Nice to have

  • B2B Experience: Familiarity with long, complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders.
  • Multilingual Coordination: Experience managing content across diverse languages (EN, CZ, DE, FR, ES, SE, JP, CN).
  • International Event Savvy: Previous experience managing logistics for trade shows abroad.
