We're building the customer context layer for the agentic era. Companies are drowning in disconnected customer data. Their marketing teams can't personalize. Their product teams can't prioritize. Their AI agents can't reason. The missing piece is the same: a unified, live, governed view of every customer.

Meiro gives that context to humans and AI agents alike - capturing signals from every touchpoint, resolving identity, and delivering one customer truth to everyone and everything that needs it. We're a multi-product platform spanning data infrastructure, customer intelligence, and activation - and we need someone who can make this story come alive across every format.

Your primary focus will be Meiro Pipes - our agentic data control plane - and the broader CDP / customer data infrastructure space. You need to live and breathe this world.

☀️ What's waiting for you? 

Your mission will be create the content that makes the market care!

This is an individual contributor role embedded in daily collaboration with product, engineering, sales, and growth. You are the person who turns what we build into what the market sees, reads, and watches.

  • Product Content Creation (50%): You are a content machine. You create product copy, explainer videos, short-form reels, demo walkthroughs, feature announcements, technical blog posts, and comparison pages. You don't wait for a brief - you see a product update and know what content it needs. You're comfortable behind a camera, in a timeline editor, and in a CMS.

  • Positioning & Messaging (25%): You own how Meiro talks about its products. You craft positioning, messaging frameworks, and competitive narratives that resonate with technical buyers (CDOs, CIOs, engineers) and marketing buyers alike. You know the difference between a feature and a story - and you always tell the story.

  • Sales Enablement (25%): You build the materials that make sales dangerous - battle cards, case studies, one-pagers, objection handlers, demo scripts. When sales walks into a call, they're prepared because of you.


🎯 The experience & skills you'll bring

  • You're a subject-matter expert in Data Infrastructure: You understand the world of data pipelines, CDPs, ETL, warehouses, APIs, and real-time data routing - not at an engineer's depth, but well beyond a marketer's surface level. You follow the space, you have opinions, and you can hold your own with a technical audience.
  • You create content across formats - fast: written copy, video, reels, social clips, long-form technical content - you do it all, and you don't need a production team to ship. You're as comfortable editing a video as you are writing a positioning doc.
  • You're AI-Native: You use AI to move at 2x speed across content, research, scripting, and creative. You can vibe-code a landing page, generate a first draft in minutes, and use AI video/image tools as part of your daily workflow. If you're still doing things manually that AI can do better, this isn't the role.
  • You've done this before: You have 3+ years in product marketing or technical content creation, ideally in B2B SaaS, data infrastructure, developer tools, or MarTech. You've built positioning from scratch, not just inherited it.
  • You think like a buyer: You understand how CDOs, CTOs, and data engineers evaluate technology. You can map messaging to every stage of their decision process - and you know that a 60-second video sometimes does more than a 20-page white-paper.
  • Region & Language: You have experience communicating to international markets - Europe, US, Middle East, or beyond. Your English is flawless (native/near-native); additional languages are a plus.
