☀️ What's waiting for you? 

Hunt like an SDR, close like an Account Executive this is a "Full Cycle" inside sales role. We are looking for a builder who treats this territory like their own business.

  • Identify & Hunt (60%): You don't wait for the phone to ring. You use smart outbound strategies (Cold calls, LinkedIn, Networking) to break into high-value accounts with relevance and insight.

  • Drive & Close (40%): You own the deal from "Hello" to "Signed." You run the discovery, the demo, and the negotiation with a focus on solving the client's problem, not just hitting a number.

  • The Product-Led Growth advantage: You aren’t always starting from zero. We have a Product-Led Growth motion generating signals - you are the driver who converts that interest into enterprise contracts.



🎯 The experience & skills you'll bring

  • You Speak "Data" & "Stack": You don’t need to code, but you must be fluent in the modern data landscape (Warehouses, ETL, APIs, CDPs). You will be selling to CDOs, CTOs, Product Managers and Engineers - you need to earn their trust with technical competence.
  • You Have "The Hunger": You have 2+ years in sales (SDR or Closing). You are resilient and driven, but also collaborative and in search for win-win.
  • You Value Conversation + EQ: You pick up the phone because it’s the best way to understand a prospect’s needs. You know that real enterprise deals happen in value-based conversation.
  • Region & Language: You have a deep understanding of the Western & Northern European markets. If you have expertise in other markets, let us know! Your English is flawless (native/near-native); German is a massive advantage.
