We’re looking for a Recruiter who will own and scale our talent acquisition efforts end-to-end, from sourcing exceptional candidates to shaping a scalable hiring process that helps us recruit the best people.

The Challenges That Await You

đŸ§‘â€đŸ’» Scale Our R&D Team (Most of Your Focus)

Most of your work will be hiring for R&D (Engineering, Product, Design, QA), with teams primarily based in Czechia. You’ll partner closely with our CTO and CPO to define roles, source proactively, and run a process that keeps a high bar while scaling fast.

🌍 International Hiring (Especially the US)

We’re expanding globally. You’ll help us build repeatable hiring motions for international markets with a strong focus on the US (primarily for go-to-market roles), including sourcing strategy, market mapping, and an excellent candidate experience across time zones.

⚡ Speed + Quality

We’re scaling, but we don’t want “fast at any cost.” You’ll help us build a structured, respectful, efficient process so candidates feel cared for and hiring teams stay unblocked.

🧠 Be the Hiring Partner, Not Just the Messenger

You’ll work with hiring managers to sharpen role definitions, challenge assumptions, and improve decision-making. This is a true partnering role.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Own full-cycle recruitment
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of top talent across teams, with R&D roles (Engineering, Product, Design) as the main hiring focus, and continuous hiring across Sales, Support, Marketing, Business Development, and Operations.
  • Design and execute sourcing strategies, including proactive outreach and talent pooling.
  • Lead and coordinate international hiring, with a strong focus on building a pipeline and closing candidates in the US.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to diagnose hiring needs, set expectations, and drive hiring outcomes
  • Continuously improve recruiting processes, tools, and metrics to support rapid scaling.

What We’re Looking For

Must-Haves

  • Proven experience in recruiting (in-house or agency)
  • Strong experience hiring for technical roles (engineering)
  • Excellent written and spoken English and Czech
  • Strong stakeholder management: you can partner with busy hiring managers, challenge them when needed, and keep hiring moving forward

Bonus Points

  • Experience hiring internationally, especially for the US market, and working across time zones.
  • Experience in startup environments
  • Interest in HR, people ops, or culture-building beyond pure recruitment
