At Colours we use data and AI to push forward how companies operate, how they perform, and how they manage the value of their customers. We aren’t just an IT integration firm or a classic consultancy. We help companies to properly manage their customer lifecycle in every stage and increase customer value. 

Companies like Groupon, Rohlík, Marks & Spencer, Notino, or the UK iGaming giant Flutter trust our expertise.

Besides that, we prepare our clients for the correct, fast, and effective adoption of AI so it helps them manage their business better and becomes an integral part of their processes and product. 

In addition to the Customer Value Growth team, we also have a team of AI architects, data scientists, and analysts. This role sits in the Customer Value Growth team. But on projects, both teams often collaborate.

Your mission as a Growth Marketer is to👇

  • support our clients in identifying and executing growth experiments that drive measurable results (e.g., e-mail, segmentation, personalization) aimed at maximizing conversion rates (CRO) and ROI for our clients.
  • in-depth analysis of marketing and customer data (including web analytics) to identify key growth hypotheses and define strategies for optimizing customer journeys and communication.
  • translate business goals into impactful growth initiatives and help optimize customer journeys.

What else will you be doing:

  • look for new ways to improve marketing performance and enhance customer experience for our clients
  • actively participate in brainstorming and executing marketing experiments
  • gain practical experience with various marketing and analytical platforms (e.g., Bloomreach) and continuously learn new tools and approaches.
  • ensure smooth and efficient process management for client projects.

Your expertise & experience includes 🎓

We're looking for a B2C Marketing pro ready to make an immediate impact. You should have a soft spot for MarTech and a keen interest in optimizing performance — terms like CRO excite you. 

What else do you have:

  • experience in B2C online/digital marketing with a strong focus on creating and managing performance campaigns
  • analytical mindset and advanced ability to work with data (Excel/GSheets, SQL) for independent performance analysis
  • knowledge of the marketing campaign lifecycle from planning through launch to analysis and optimization
  • strong communication skills, particularly for collaborating with and presenting to clients
  • excellent command of Czech & English (our clients are international).

  • experience with the Bloomreach CDP/Engagement platform is a MAJOR advantage, but a sharp, eager mind ready to master it will also make it with us
