Partnership Manager (Revenue Owner)
Why this role exists
Partnerships at Trackdesk are becoming a core growth channel. We are hiring the first person to take full ownership of this area and turn partnerships into a consistent source of qualified pipeline.
This is a key role in the company. You will work closely with the CEO and have direct influence on strategy, positioning, and where the company invests next.
This role owns partner sourcing, enablement, and activation. Closing end customers is handled by the sales team.
What you will own
- Build and scale partnerships as a structured growth channel
- Source partners that can refer potential customers to Trackdesk
- Pitch, negotiate, and onboard partners with clear expectations
- Enable partners so they confidently bring Trackdesk into client conversations
- Maintain long-term partner relationships and grow partner-generated pipeline
- Kill partnerships that do not produce results
What this looks like in practice
A typical partner is an agency that manages affiliate, performance, or growth programs for clients.
You:
- Identify and approach agencies that advise clients on tooling decisions
- Meet partners at industry events, side events, and through targeted outbound
- Onboard agencies into a referral model and educate them on when Trackdesk is a fit
- Support the first referrals to ensure quality and momentum
Once a partner refers a lead, the sales team takes over. You stay focused on partner success, not closing deals.
Brand & visibility
- Represent Trackdesk publicly within the affiliate and partnership ecosystem
- Attend major industry events globally
- Build relationships, conduct interviews, and create visibility around partnerships
- Actively contribute to Trackdesk’s presence on social channels
You must be comfortable being visible and proactive. This is not a behind-the-desk role.
