Your Role & Impact:

  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across online portals, social media, and relevant digital channels with a focus on cycling communities globally.

  • Analyze campaign performance, track KPIs, and optimize campaigns to maximize ROI and engagement.

  • Develop and manage creative content and assets for campaigns in collaboration with internal teams.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with media houses and external partners to ensure campaign success.

  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform campaign strategies and identify new opportunities.

  • Provide regular reports and insights on campaign effectiveness and recommendations for improvements.


 ✅Your Experience & Skills:

  • Proven experience (2+ years) in digital campaign management, preferably with a focus on complex digital marketing and/or niche sports communities.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions using tools such as Google Analytics, Looker Studio, and Excel.

  • Hands-on experience with digital platforms including Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and DV360, with a focus on performance optimization, A/B testing, and audience segmentation.

  • Strong media planning and campaign execution skills, including briefing creatives, selecting formats (display, OLV, native), and collaborating with media partners.

  • Excellent communication, project management, and collaboration skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and fluent English.

 

Nice-to-Have:

  • Strong interest in cycling or triathlon, with familiarity with sports media platforms and an understanding of how to reach global audiences.
