Weâre looking for a hands-on Business Analyst to help us understand whatâs really driving Grouponâs daily revenue performance - and act on it.
Youâll monitor results, spot unusual trends, and turn data into clear insights that help our business teams make better, faster decisions. đ» What Youâll Do
- Track daily and weekly revenue trends and customer behavior vs. forecast
- Identify deviations, test hypotheses, and partner across teams to resolve issues
- Monitor the impact of campaigns, pricing, and UX/product changes
- Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Category, Pricing, and Engineering
- Build and maintain dashboards and reports (Tableau / Google Sheets)
- Support ongoing forecast updates and weekly performance reviews
- React fast to âfire-drillâ requests with structured, data-driven answers
đ What Youâll Bring
- 3â5+ years of experience in analytics, FP&A, or performance strategy - ideally within an e-commerce or marketplace environment.
- Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills (formulas, pivots, error handling)
- Proficient in SQL - comfortable exploring large datasets
- Strong analytical mindset - able to separate real performance shifts from noise and test hypotheses systematically
- Solid business judgment - understands marketplace dynamics and focuses on insights that drive impact
- Clear communicator - turns complex data into actionable, executive-ready stories
- Collaborative partner - trusted by cross-functional teams to translate data into decisions
