Iguana Technology is looking for a Product Owner who is fluent in Czech and English, with 2–3 years of experience in a startup environment.

This role is ideal for someone who has already carried real responsibility for a product or feature and wants to continue growing in a fast-moving, non-corporate setting.

What you’ll do:

Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring clear priorities and actionable tasks
Translate business needs and product strategy into concrete requirements
Collaborate closely with development, design, and stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery
Validate ideas, gather feedback, and support rapid product iteration
Maintain clear communication between business and technical teams
Monitor progress, identify blockers, and make sure the product moves forward efficiently

Who are we looking for:

Fluent in Czech and strong in English (spoken and written)
2–3 years of experience in a startup, ideally in a role with ownership and accountability
Good organizational skills and a practical, hands-on approach
A self-driven mindset with the ability to keep momentum and push initiatives forward
Someone who feels comfortable in an informal, dynamic environment and is not coming from a large corporate or highly rigid team
You can start part-time in December and move to full-time in January
