- Noona is our flagship marketplace and business platform. It’s your portal to the best of what your city has to offer, and the best way to book appointments, discover new experiences and reserve tables at the best restaurants.
We have thousands of B2B customers worldwide and hundreds of thousands of marketplace users, but behind all of that is a team of less than 30 people. That is only possible because of our passion for finding top performers who want to explore the edges of what they are capable of, whatever it takes.
With fresh funding and big ambitions, we’re now taking things to the next level - which is why we’re looking for a talented Sales Representative to help us deliver a world-class experience to our users and scale the way we are approaching new customers globally.
Role Description
You will be part of the Customer facing front-line team, where we focus on growing our customer base, building long-term relationships, and helping businesses succeed with Noona QH - our all-in-one software for appointments, POS, and client management.
As a Sales Agent with the potential to grow into a senior or leadership role, you’ll spend most of your time talking to potential customers, understanding their needs, showing them how Noona can simplify their daily work, and helping them get started successfully.
In addition to your core sales responsibilities, we’re looking for someone who’s open to experimenting with new sales approaches, collaborating closely with marketing and product, and sharing insights from the field to help us shape our go-to-market strategy. Experience in B2B SaaS sales or customer acquisition is a big plus, but what matters most is your curiosity, drive, and willingness to learn.
You’ll work closely with the Sales, Customer Success and Product teams and have the opportunity to influence how we scale Noona in existing and new markets as we grow.
Key Responsibilities
Customer-Facing Impact
- Engage with new leads via calls, demos, emails, or whatever works the best for you, to understand their needs and present tailored solutions
- Drive new customer acquisition and ensure smooth handoffs to onboarding and support teams
- Manage the full sales cycle - from first contact to closing the deal
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to help customers get even more value from Noona
- Track and report sales activity and pipeline progress in HubSpot
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Partner with Customer Success to ensure a seamless transition from sale to activation
- Collaborate on the marketing vision to optimize lead quality, messaging, and campaigns
- Provide feedback to Product on customer needs, feature requests, and market trends
Sales Excellence & Continuous Improvement
- Continuously improve your sales pitch, discovery process, and demo quality
- Experiment with AI tools and automation to boost efficiency and results
- Share best practices and help onboard new sales team members as we grow
- Represent the voice of the market by bringing real customer insights into company discussions
What We’re Looking For
- You are based in Prague (or open to relocating)
- You speak native Czech and fluent English (our clients are local, but the team is international)
- You have experience in sales or business development, ideally in a SaaS or tech company
- You’re confident, persuasive, and empathetic - you listen as much as you talk
- You’re data-driven and comfortable using metrics to improve your performance
- You’re curious, proactive, and unafraid to take initiative when opportunities arise
- You care about people - you sell by helping customers solve problems, not by pushing
Bonus Points
- Previous experience selling to SMBs or service providers (beauty, wellness, coaching, etc.)
- Experience in tech startups or fast-scaling environments
- Hands-on familiarity with CRM tools like HubSpot
- Experience experimenting with AI tools for sales automation, lead qualification, or content generation
- Strong interest in digital products, customer experience, and small business growth
