Lead Engineer (Full Stack/AI/Mobile) - Global startup launching in CEE, London & New York
We’re looking for a Lead Engineer (Full Stack) to join core team of Amorza - an AI-powered relationship mobile-first AI relationship app redefining how people connect, understand, and grow.
Amorza is an AI-powered relationship platform combining psychology, empathy, and technology to help people understand themselves and others on a deeper level.
We’ve already built our MVP, validated the core product with early users, and are now preparing for launch in the CEE region - with expansion to London and New York next. We’re backed by early-stage investors and collaborate with STRV and top experts in AI and psychology to push the product forward.

You’re not just a developer - you’re a builder with ideas. You think in systems, but feel design and user psychology. You love experimenting with AI, turning insights into elegant products, and you want to be part of something that reaches beyond one country - a global mission.
Skills we value:
Strong full-stack background (TypeScript / React / Next.js / OpenAI API or similar)
Curiosity for psychology, behavior, or human-centered design
Creative problem-solving and product thinking
Understanding of LLMs, AI agents, or fine-tuning
Experience with rapid prototyping and shipping MVPs
Ambition to grow in a fast-paced, global startup environment
