Web Designer (Webflow)

We’re looking for a Webflow Developer who loves building high-performing websites. Join us to shape the technical backbone of our marketing platform and make a real impact through clean, efficient, and scalable web solutions.

What Will You Do?

• Build and maintain our website by implementing new features, editing HTML/CSS, embedding custom code, and managing scripts.

• Convert Figma / Adobe XD designs into pixel-perfect Webflow sites.

• Update and organize content templates in the CMS, collaborating closely with the Product Marketing Manager and the content team.

• Connect the website to CRM, analytics, marketing tools, and set up automated workflows for content publishing.

• Optimize page speed, fix bugs, ensure cross-browser compatibility, and monitor website security.

• Collaborate with the marketing team, maintain clear documentation, and guide team members on basic Webflow edits.

We Are a Good Fit If You...

• Have strong Webflow experience (including CMS, custom code, scripts, and technical implementations).

• Are confident with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for custom embeds and tweaks.

• Can integrate third-party tools and APIs.

• Can translate Figma / Adobe XD designs into functional Webflow pages with accurate animations and interactions.

• Understand web performance optimization, SEO, and technical troubleshooting.

• Communicate clearly with non-technical stakeholders.

• Take responsibility for production deployments.

• Pay strong attention to detail.
