Social Media & Community Manager

Now we’re expanding our marketing team and looking for a Social Media & Community Manager who lives and breathes content, understands internet culture, and loves making things people actually want to watch.

This isn’t a “post this graphic someone else made” role. This is strategy + production + storytelling + community energy. You’ll help shape our social presence, create content that drives conversation, and build a community that actually cares. You’ll have the creative support of our Brand & Content team every step of the way, with external help when needed.

👉 What you’ll do?

• Help shape, execute, and optimize Invity’s social strategy across Instagram, Facebook, X, LinkedIn, and YouTube to meet brand & business goals
• Position Invity as a Bitcoin authority on X and drive Bitcoin education + lifestyle on Instagram
• Plan and publish high-quality content that drives growth, engagement, and brand authority
• Stay on top of the latest crypto/Bitcoin trends, memes, influencers, and X conversations to keep us relevant
• Set up, direct, and shoot short-form video content on an iPhone (interviews, team moments, educational reels, UGC-style clips)
• Plan and execute social media campaigns for product launches, events, and partnerships
• Write copy for short-form video scripts, hooks, headlines, static graphics, and captions
• Edit and cut content for reels/shorts—clean, native, scroll-stopping. (You’ll have graphic design and motion support as needed.)
• Collaborate with and brief our graphic designer on carousels, static visuals, thumbnails, and branded formats
• Own community management: monitor and respond to community interactions, comments, and messages in a timely, authentic way
• Build and manage a list of creators, accounts, and communities to engage with regularly
• Report on key social metrics monthly, track growth, and improve performance based on data
• Appear on camera and help grow Invity’s brand personality
• Capture content at events and conduct on-the-spot interviews
• Partner with our Acquisition Lead to adapt high-performing organic content for paid campaigns
• Support influencer & creator collaborations as we grow, including outreach, coordination, and campaign ideas
• Be part of a collaborative marketing team where ideas move fast and things get shipped

💪 What makes you the perfect candidate?

• 2-4 years in social media or content creation (or a portfolio that proves you’re great)
• Strong understanding of short-form video formats and platform-native content
• Experience editing vertical video and publishing across channels
• Strong writing skills-hooks, captions, micro-scripts, messaging
• Ability to film interviews and UGC content confidently
• Clear grasp of social media trends and audience growth
• Experience managing content calendars
• Interest in learning what works for paid social over time
• Experience using social media management and analytics tools (e.g., Sprout Social, Hootsuite, Buffer, Meta Business Suite)
• Ability to multitask, manage deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Fluent in Czech and English. Our channels mix both languages; English is our office language
