Part-Time Financial Lead (15–25 hrs/week)

AIMS is a music-tech scale-up providing AI-powered software for music search and discovery. We work with some of the world’s biggest music and media companies, including Universal PM, Concord, Warner Chappell PM and many more. We’re entirely self-funded and profitable, operating as a fully remote team of music and tech lovers based all over the world.

We’re now looking for a part-time Financial Lead to take ownership of all finance operations and processes — a role that’s both strategic and hands-on.

What You’ll Do

• Own and manage all financial processes: controlling, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cash-flow management
• Prepare and process invoices and payments
• Communicate with external accountants and ensure accurate bookkeeping & compliance
• Build and optimize internal finance workflows and tools tailored to SaaS
• Provide financial insights and reporting to the founders and leadership team
• Ensure financial discipline and help the company scale sustainably

What We’re Looking For

Must have:

• Solid finance background (finance, controlling, FP&A, or similar)
• Senior-level experience across financial operations and planning 
• Ability to work independently and proactively — you’ll be the go-to person for finance
• Comfortable combining strategic thinking with hands-on execution
• Professional-level English (written & spoken)
• Fluent Czech (written & spoken)

Big advantage:

• Experience with SaaS metrics (MRR, ARR, churn, LTV, CAC, etc.)
• Experience in startups / scaleups (fast-paced, resourceful environment)
