Your mission is
to partner with Petr and the team and join them in elevating our service delivery to another dimension 🙂.
The role centers around consulting, design and implementation of technical solutions sometimes involving coding support.
What will you be doing
- designing solutions for clients based on their needs
- translating clients requirements into technical specifications and design solutions
- assisting CRM consultants to set up various Engagement functionalities (database links, integrating internal applications, configuring web interfaces, executing targeted marketing campaigns, etc.)
- developing responsive and user friendly FE interfaces using JavaScript
- working with CRM platforms - Bloomreach Engagement (formerly Exponea) and others that we implement for our clients.
Your expertise & experience includes
- practical experience with Javascript
- fair databases understanding
- ability to interact with stakeholders and clients across all levels or willingness to expand this skill
- strong communication skills, particularly for collaborating with and presenting to clients
- familiarity with BE coding is an asset (node.js, Python, SQL, Big Query)
- experience with Bloomreach is a huge plus
- Czech & English at a high professional level (our clients are international).
