Position Description
We're looking for an experienced Full-stack developer who'd join our team of 40+ engineers, designers, and product experts working on complex projects for international clients.
Our company is built on people, especially people with ownership - competent enough to take responsibility, drive projects, be aware of dependencies, and overcome obstacles. We offer support and consultation, but try to stay away from micromanagement.
We prefer long-term collaborations with clients so we have the time to refine every detail and bring projects to perfection. By the same logic, we are looking for a long-term member of our team on-site in Brno or Prague offices. We prefer on-site collaboration in Brno/Prague, but we’re open to remote collaboration for exceptional candidates.
In addition to client projects, we also work on internal projects, which you are welcome to join. If you already have ideas for your projects, we’d love to hear about them. If we like them, we’ll talk about how to bring them to life together.
What You’ll Work On
We currently have vacancies in multiple teams, so we can adjust the position to your strengths. But here are a few examples.
Designing scalable architectures that power complex products used globally
Improving search, analytics, and automation services
Creating data pipelines and synchronization layers between apps
Developing internal tools and dashboards for client teams and our own operations
Ensuring smooth end-to-end integrations between back-end and front-end
Solving performance bottlenecks and keeping systems healthy in production
What you should bring:
Strong knowledge of Python and Django
Experience designing and maintaining scalable REST or GraphQL APIs
Solid understanding of SQL databases (PostgreSQL or MySQL) and ORM best practices
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure, or similar) and Docker
Experience with Git and CI/CD pipelines
Focus on code quality, maintainability, and performance
Initiative and ideas for solving technical problems
Bonus points for:
Basic front-end experience (JavaScript, React, or Vue)
Experience with TypeScript or frameworks like Next.js or Nuxt.js
Interest in AI-first development (Cursor, Windsurf, Claude Code, etc.)
Openness to mentor colleagues and share knowledge
Sharing your Github or Stack Overflow profile is never a bad idea.
