Your mission & role

  • Help us grow in the UK market by winning new customers
  • Run online calls and meetings with restaurant owners and managers, understand their needs and pain points, and present Dishboard with confidence
  • Build strong, long-term relationships while always keeping your focus on closing the deal
  • Take full ownership of the pipeline: follow up consistently, chase opportunities, and make sure no deal slips away
  • Pick up the phone without hesitation: whether it’s a cold call, a warm follow-up, or the final push to close
  • Work in close contact with leadership: provide regular updates on your progress, suggest areas for improvement, and give constructive feedback to strengthen our sales approach
  • Represent Dishboard with passion and energy, creating an outstanding customer experience. You’ll often be the first impression of our brand

What we expect from you:

  • B2B sales experience: At least 1 year in sales, ideally SaaS or tech
  • A track record of hitting targets and achieving quotas
  • Advance understanding of the B2B sales process and consultative selling
  • Strong negotiation skills: from securing meetings to closing deals
  • Relentless outreach drive: fully comfortable with cold calls and LinkedIn outreach, with the discipline and energy to chase every opportunity until it’s closed
  • Knowledge of the hospitality/HoReCa sector is a plus, but not required
  • Highly organized and disciplined: CRM always up to date, follow-ups done on time, calls made without reminders. You don’t need to be chased, you chase the customers.
  • Native-level English (clear, confident, and persuasive in a professional sales setting)
