IT Project manager with agile expertise

At ARTIN, IT projects are the foundation of everything we do. Whether large or small, short-term or long-term, each project shares one key element: the leadership of a skilled project manager. We're currently expanding our project management community and looking for a talented professional to bring their expertise to our diverse portfolio of projects.

What would your role look like:

1. Project Management
   Lead end-to-end projects, oversee planning, schedulings, resource alocations, manage risk assessments, monitor project KPIs, the whole package.
2. Client Communication & Relationship Management
   Serve as the main point of contact for our clients during project delivery, and focus on maintaining strong long-term relationships, expanding existing projects and identifying challenges and growth needs.
3. Team Leadership & Development
   Lead your project teams, managing their performance, development, and well-being. You’ll be support by our competency leaders and HR team.

Let’s meet if you:

• Have over 3 years of proven experience in project management within software development.
• Are used to building meaningful relationships with clients involved in your projects.
• Have strong communication and negotiation skills, which you use to build trust in our business and create an impact that drives success for both clients and our company. PM is the main interface to clients' stakeholders, software teams, and our sales.
• Leadership abilities and experience in guiding and motivating project teams.
• Can handle the budget, scope, schedule, and other project constraints
• Experience with both waterfall and agile methodologies.
• Solid English (B2+), you are not afraid to use it and you have no problem conducting meetings or workshops.

Bonus Skills We’d Love:

• Experience with Custom SW Development.
• You have experience in JIRA.
• Experience with international projects.
• PRINCE2, PRINCE2-agile certification.
