As a Technical Support & Graphic Specialist, you will combine technical problem-solving with creative map design to deliver a seamless customer experience. You’ll support clients using the Spaceti platform, resolve technical issues, and prepare high-quality map layouts that enable reservations, analytics, and workplace insights. This hybrid role is a great opportunity to grow in a fast-scaling PropTech SaaS company at the forefront of smart buildings and AI-driven workplace solutions.
What will you do?
Responsibilities
Technical Support
- Working with the ticketing system and ensuring the timely resolution of customer requests.
- Communicating with customers – diagnosing and solving technical issues.
- Collaborating with internal teams (development, product, customer success) on escalations or deeper incident resolution.
- Guiding customers in using the Spaceti platform with a focus on training and ensuring proper adoption.
- Collecting feedback and proposing improvements to enhance the user experience.
Map Design
- Preparing map layouts based on customer inputs (DWG, PDF, etc.).
- Editing layouts using graphic tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or other suitable software).
- Ensuring that the final maps meet Spaceti platform standards (e.g., functionality for reservations, analytics, etc.).
- Cooperating with the onboarding team on preparing materials for new customers.
- Designing and documenting internal processes for efficient and consistent map creation.
Optimal Skills for Success
Must have:
- Experience with graphic or CAD tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.).
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings (DWG, PDF, building layouts, etc.).
- Systematic thinking and the ability to work with spatial data.
- Basic technical orientation and eagerness to learn about SaaS products.
- Ability to communicate with customers in both Czech and English.
- Team player with accuracy, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.
Nice to have:
- Experience in customer or IT support.
- Background in working with spatial data or interactive maps.
- Basic knowledge of data structures or analytical tools (e.g., Power BI, Excel, etc.).
