Our Growth team in Prague is looking for an Experienced Full-stack Engineer to help us drive activation, monetization, retention, and run AI-driven experiments that create smarter, more valuable experiences for our customers.

What you’ll do

Build onboarding flows & in-product guides that bring users to their “aha” moment faster
Run AI-driven experiments (e.g. setup helpers, personalized onboarding, smart suggestions)
Improve monetization flows (plans, upgrade nudges, communicating value)
Work on retention features that keep users engaged and coming back
Partner with product, design & data on high-impact growth experiments
Advocate for scalable solutions and mentor others in growth engineering

What we’re looking for

5+ years of experience building full-stack web applications
Comfortable working end-to-end (frontend + backend)
Growth mindset – you think in terms of activation, conversion & retention
Experience working cross-functionally with PMs, designers & analysts
Curious about AI and open to exploring how it can improve user experience
