Reporting directly to the CEO, you will be instrumental in driving our revenue and profitability targets and enhancing customer satisfaction. You have a strong entrepreneurial spirit, a solid understanding of marketing and sales, a passion for data and UX, and the drive to make things happen. You will be responsible for such activities as improving customer engagement and nurturing, x-sell / upsell / retention propositions, product marketing, and growing digital sales channels.

High-level responsibility
The VP of Growth & Revenue would work closely with the Marketing and Product Development team. Marketing would be primarily responsible for “driving volume” and the pre-purchase stages of pull channels: brand, design and copy, website storefront and SEO, SEA and PPC, and social. The VP of Growth & Revenue would be mainly responsible for “driving value” and the purchase / post-purchase of the funnel: data, website checkout, product marketing, customer nurturing and retention, x-sell and upsell. The VP of Growth & Revenue would also help drive customer acquisition in underutilised sales channels (e.g., affiliates, admin panel, telesales, customer support, and possibly account sales).
Key responsibilities
- Drive the commercial strategy and execution, in line with company strategy and objectives
- Boost revenue from existing bases and customer growth through strategic and tactical initiatives
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships to drive growth
- Support the Product Development and Marketing teams with go-to-market product strategy and execution (incl. audience definition, positioning, CVP, USPs, pricing and distribution)
- Establish performance metrics and reporting to maximise commercial effectiveness and efficiency
- Map the customer journey, identify core touch points for revenue and customer satisfaction
- Improve customer onboarding and post-purchase UX
- Boost customer engagement, retention and satisfaction (turn customers into brand ambassadors)
- Maximise customer LTV through improved portfolio offering (e.g., bundling), greater pricing sophistication, and targeted campaigns
- Track customer NPS/CSAT and cooperate closely with Customer Support to improve customer satisfaction and identify / pursue potential sales opportunities (CS as a light sales channel)
- Create marketing / sales reports and presentations for top management and group stakeholders
- Foster a culture of high performance, accountability, and continuous improvement
- Provide cross-functional leadership and assist / influence decision making from senior management and other key stakeholders in the organization

Requirements for the employee
- At least 10 years’ relevant commercial / marketing experience (of which at least 5 leading a team) in data-driven, e-commerce, telecommunicationsor digital-first organisations
- Proven and quantifiable track record of revenue, sales, and customer growth generation
- Strong understanding of commercial / marketing strategies and revenue management
- Highly analytical mindset, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Well versed in digital performance marketing and tools, with a focus on targeted propositions
(e.g., email automation, trigger-based marketing, targeted retention) - Experience in driving revenue via multiple B2C and B2B sales channels (e.g., websites, affiliates, resellers, partners, telesales, and possibly account-based
- Strong know-how of UX principles, Google Analytics (and Looker Studio), and Excel preferred
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and foster cooperation
- High energy and proactivity coupled with a can-do, positive attitude towards any work challenge
- Excellent communication skills
- Fluent in Slovak (or Czech) and English (written and spoken)
