Who We’re Looking For

We are looking for a Content Creator to join our marketing team in Prague.Your mission: bring YORD’s immersive XR & AI projects to life through powerful storytelling and engaging content.

You will:

• Create engaging and creative content for our website and social media (Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube)
• Produce infographics, carousels, project presentations, and both short- and long-form videos
• Ensure all content is aligned with YORD’s brand voice and visual identity
• Keep track of social media trends and propose new formats
• Plan and manage the content creation, writing briefs, creating strategies, mentoring other team members, and ensuring smooth collaboration with the rest of the marketing team
• Create and develop a variety of visual material depending on the needs of the teams (case studies for the sales team, presentations for project concepts, or event visuals)
• Lead an content creator  intern and ensuring they contribute effectively to the team

BONUS:

• Experience with AI tools (even on a basic level) such as MidJourney or similar

You’re the Right Fit If You

• Master tools like Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, Davinci Resolve
• Understand social media platforms, algorithms, and formats
• Have hands-on experience in content production and/or team management
• Can capture YORD’s brand voice and turn concepts into strong visuals
• Are creative, proactive, and collaborative
• Can mentor and distribute tasks within the team
• Have upper-intermediate English (B2+)
• Are available 20–25 hours per week
