We’re looking for a founding member to take ownership of our product development and join us in building the future of corporate event planning. If you want to shape a product from early stage to global scale, this is it.
Brief introduction
Lemondia is redefining how companies search & book venues for team offsites and company events. We help teams source and book the perfect venues. Fast, smart, fully automated. And global.
Early stage with real traction and a clear plan for the next twelve months. You will help shape both the product and the company while things are still flexible. Backed by investors who understand the travel and tech space and support us with more than funding.
What would be the bread and butter working in this role?
Own the full stack. Take over development from our current software agency and become the in-house tech lead.
Develop and ship AI-powered features that will automate venue sourcing.
Build and ship features end-to-end in our existing stack: Vue.js frontend, C#/.NET backend, Azure-hosted.
Work directly with us (the founders) on product roadmap, market strategy and tech decisions.
Shape the technical direction, select tools, design the architecture and build the internal engineering culture from day one.

What are your requirements?
AI-native mindset. You’re comfortable reading ML/AI research, you understand how to integrate LLMs or agentic features into real-world applications. e.g. you’ve used or built.
Demonstrated ability to build features end-to-end: from idea to production.
Proven experience as a full-stack developer with Vue.js and C#/.NET Core.
Strong understanding of relational databases (Azure SQL a plus).
Experience with AI API integrations or marketplaces.
Experience with Azure or other cloud platforms.
Entrepreneurial attitude. You don’t just write code, you think about product impact, business metrics, user experience, and growth.
Comfortable working in ambiguity. You’ll shape the product, make tech decisions without full specs, and evolve the stack as we scale.
In the first months you are ready to work on site in Prague. This phase is intense and requires fast iteration and shared context. Once the product settles the setup becomes naturally hybrid. This role is not suited for someone looking to start fully remote since day 1.
