We're seeking a highly creative, strategic, and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to elevate our brand and search visibility in the Czech and UK market. This hands-on role will lead content, social media and SEO. For social media, we're particularly interested in candidates who can demonstrate a proven track record of building engaged online communities and driving organic reach. This could include experience with a successful podcast, growing a significant follower base (e.g., 10k+), or other clear indicators of your ability to connect with an audience.

What you will be doing:

Integrated Digital Presence: Develop and implement cohesive digital marketing strategies across content and social media, with a strong focus on enhancing our overall online presence and engagement in the Czech and UK markets.
Engaging Content Creation: Produce high-quality, original, and informative content in various formats (e.g., blog posts, articles, social media updates, video scripts, website copy) that captures attention, resonates with our target audience, and is naturally discoverable.• Social Media Management & Growth: Manage and actively grow our presence on key social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Twitter, and TikTok, optimizing content for each channel and fostering vibrant community engagement and conversation.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with internal teams, ensuring content and outreach efforts are aligned with overall brand messaging and business objectives.• Performance Analysis & Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on key content and social media performance metrics (KPIs). Provide actionable insights and adapt strategies based on data to ensure continuous improvement and optimal results.
Industry Trend Monitoring: Stay continuously up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and social media best practices, incorporating new insights into strategy and execution.
