Lifecycle & CRM Manager (Klaviyo, Loop, Loyalty)
Your mission
As Lifecycle & CRM Manager, you’ll be the architect of our customer journey — from welcome emails to churn winbacks. You’ll build, automate, and optimize flows that increase lifetime value, reduce churn, and keep customers coming back for more. You’ll own Klaviyo, run our Loop Subscriptions, launch referral and loyalty programs, and make our retention engine hum.
What you’ll be doing
Build and optimize Klaviyo email flows (welcome, post-purchase, winback, abandon cart, etc.)
Segment customers based on behavior, purchase history, location, and LTV
Manage Loop Subscriptions and improve subscriber experience
Launch and grow our Loyalty and Referral programs
Run regular A/B tests across email content, timing, and offers
Collaborate with Paid Media & Creative teams on integrated campaigns
Monitor KPIs like retention rate, repeat purchase rate, and CLTV
What we’re looking for
2+ years of hands-on experience with Klaviyo (flows, campaigns, segmentation)
Experience with subscription tools (ideally Loop)
You’ve set up or managed loyalty and referral programs before
Obsessed with customer retention and lifecycle thinking
Fluent in email testing, performance metrics, and KPI tracking
Proactive, independent, and curious – you’ll own this domain
Bonus: basic HTML/email design skills
Language requirements: Czech and English (both); German is a big plus
