A senior AI advisor and orchestrator who leads client relationships, shapes multi-phase AI initiatives, and ensures delivery teams bring AI solutions to production—delivering tangible, strategic value across departments or use cases.

🧩 Core Responsibilities

🔹 Client Ownership & Strategic Alignment

Act as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for enterprise AI programs.
Understand the client’s strategic objectives and identify where AI can drive long-term impact.
Maintain executive-level relationships while staying connected to working teams.

🔹 Opportunity Portfolio Leadership

Manage a pipeline of AI initiatives (POCs, MVPs, full-scale solutions) across business units.
Prioritize projects based on feasibility, impact, and alignment with strategy.
Coordinate with presales, business analysts, and technical leads to shape new engagements.

🔹 Delivery Oversight

Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of multiple concurrent AI projects.
Monitor scope, risks, and resourcing across project teams.
Escalate blockers and ensure teams have what they need to succeed.

🔹 Adoption & Change Management

Guide clients through the change curve: from experimentation to production adoption.
Define success metrics, measure value delivered, and report impact to stakeholders.
Champion user training, feedback loops, and AI literacy where needed.

🔹 Internal Advocacy & Practice Development

Capture learnings from engagements and feed them into internal playbooks, reusable assets, and productization efforts.
Mentor junior consultants and help grow the AI consulting capability.

🧠 Skills & Traits

Business & Strategic Acumen

Strong understanding of how AI creates value across verticals (e.g. supply chain, finance, risk, CX).
Can lead client conversations from C-suite to SME.

Engagement & Program Leadership

Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders.
Skilled in navigating ambiguity, aligning priorities, and balancing scope/time/resources.

Technical Fluency (but not necessarily a builder)

Deep understanding of AI/ML capabilities, limitations, and deployment strategies.
Can engage meaningfully with tech teams and challenge assumptions.

Communication & Influence

Inspires trust, creates alignment, and handles stakeholder conflicts with finesse.
Excellent storyteller who can distill technical progress into business terms.

✅ Ideal Background

5–10+ years in AI consulting, data science delivery, digital transformation, or technology leadership.
Past experience managing end-to-end projects with external clients or internal business teams.
Bonus: Exposure to GenAI/LLM technologies, cloud-based deployments, or AI adoption programs.
The Czech language is a bonus and nice to have.
