As a Recruiter, you'll play a key role in finding talented individuals who not only meet our technical requirements but also align with our culture and values. You’ll collaborate closely with hiring managers, technical guarantors, and the Recruitment Leader to build a strong pipeline and ensure a seamless recruitment process.

Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates based on recruitment priorities.
Actively search for candidates using diverse sourcing techniques and platforms.
Conduct behavioral and competency-based interviews to assess candidate suitability.
Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
Support hiring managers and technical guarantors with recruitment-related matters.
Create and present tailored job offers to selected candidates.
Coordinate with external vendors, such as recruitment agencies, when needed.
Follow and contribute to recruitment strategy, goals, and plans.
Support employer branding and talent marketing efforts.

🔎 We are looking for someone with:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Sociology, Personnel Management or a related field OR 2+ years of relevant experience in recruitment.
Proven experience in IT recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced or tech-driven environment.
Skilled in active sourcing and conducting behavioral/competency-based interviews.
Familiarity with recruitment tools and platforms to support the selection process.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
Resilience and adaptability in a dynamic environment with a proactive, can-do attitude.
Fluent in English and Czech – both spoken and written.

🇨🇿 The work is located in Prague, Czech republic. Therefore we are looking for candidates located in this area.
