FifthRow is looking for a fast thinking, self starting critical thinker to join FifthRow as a Customer Success Representative to provide support to our growing list of Enterprise clients.

Our platform enables customers to:

  • Spin up custom research agents and workflows

  • Analyze unstructured data (web, PDFs, conversations)

  • Generate strategic outputs: memos, decks, summaries, forecasts

  • Operate entire innovation, diligence, and strategy workflows

We’re already working with global enterprises to automate use cases like investment memos, innovation scouting, market entry strategy, LP reports, and more — all using agent workflows that orchestrate LLMs, tools, and business logic.

What You’ll Be Responsible for:

As a member of the Customer Success team you will work together with our Head of Growth to ensure our customers are successful in utilizing the platform and generating the value FifthRow promises.   

Specifically:

  • Proactive communication with customers regarding their use of the platform and answering all questions 

  • Developing communication around new product features , ensuring that all Customer are aware of the benefits and how to properly use the function

  • Trouble shooting and addressing any customer issues in their use of the platform 

  • Maintaining up to date records in our CRM on all customer activities, users, use cases and communication 

  • Onboard of new customers to set them up for success and provide ongoing education for customers based on their use cases

  • Participate on all customer and prospect calls taking meeting minutes, and following up on all action items 

  • Lead customer calls  independently to support their use of the platform

  • Educating customers on the platform in a cooperative fashion 

  • First level support for customers 

  • Create tickets for developers and delivery teams for any issues, support in generating client outputs and follow up to ensure timely delivery 

  • Track delivery dates and flag any delays or issues

Who you are:

  • Great communication skills both written and oral 

  • Native English speaker, additional languages (German) are an asset  

  • 2 - 3 years experience in a similar role in a start up or consulting setting 

  • Enthusiastic about AI with a solid  understanding of the space 

  • Curious and actively exploring how AI can support businesses; know what AI agents are, and have been using AI tools actively over the past months or in your previous role

  • Flexible about working hours and able to work until 7 pm CET to support our US customers

  • You are a self starter that looks for ways to improve our processes, product and how we support our customers

  • You are able to work independently with minimal supervision, and you are not shy about putting up your hand when you need help 

  • You are a critical thinker able to approach problems from multiple perspectives to arrive at the best solution for our customers
