Sales Manager
Mission
Cabinet of Wonders is the first mobile guide that brings the magic of artificial intelligence to museums and galleries. We operate on a SaaS model, and our solution is already in use in several leading Czech institutions.
We are looking for someone to help us grow our customer base among museums and galleries in the Czech Republic and to prepare for international expansion. In this role, you will be responsible for building and leading the sales team, executing the sales strategy, establishing efficient processes, optimising the pipeline, and targeting institutions that want to enhance the visitor experience through AI and advanced technologies.
Key outputs
Autumn 2025
- Active outreach and business development – initiating contact and holding sales meetings with museums and galleries
- Signing contracts with at least 10 new clients
- Managing the sales pipeline in a CRM system
- Preparing the sales strategy for 2026
Winter 2025 / 26
- Continuing direct sales and expanding the client portfolio
- Evaluating performance and optimising the sales process
- Drafting a plan to expand the sales team and define key roles
Spring 2026
- Recruitment and onboarding of the first sales team members (1–2 sales representatives)
- Training and managing new colleagues
- Collaborating with the marketing team on targeted campaigns and industry events
Summer 2026
- Preparing and detailing the strategy for entering international markets
- Establishing first international contacts and holding pilot business meetings
- Building key partnerships outside the Czech Republic
Responsibilities
- Direct sales of our service to museums and galleries – from initial contact to contract signing
- Independently leading sales negotiations with institutional representatives
- Managing and optimising the sales pipeline using a CRM system
- Designing the sales strategy and defining key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Collaborating with the marketing team to generate and convert leads
- Gradually building and managing a sales team
- Preparing for expansion into international markets
Skills
Must have
- Demonstrable success in active B2B sales – from acquisition to closing deals
- Hands-on experience with CRM systems
- Excellent command of Czech and English
- Strong communication and presentation skills
