How does Worldee work?

Worldee is a platform that helps people discover the world easily and authentically. We’re creating a marketplace for trips, connecting experienced travelers – who earn money by traveling and sharing their trips – with those looking for their next adventure. On our platform, you can buy a trip to Iceland, for example, with everything included in the price – flights, accommodation, guide services, and experiences.

But Worldee doesn’t stop at being a travel marketplace. As a traveler, you can get inspired by tens of thousands of itineraries, plan your trip with our trip planner, and save your journey into your travel diary after you return.

You’ll help us build a new travel category: Itinerary-first bookings, and sell a truly unique service – self-guided trips. These are ready-made vacation solutions based on an itinerary created by an experienced traveler, with Worldee automatically pairing it with all necessary services: flights, accommodation, experiences, insurance, 24/7 customer support, safe trip guarantees, and more.

The customer gets a complete all-in-one package with just a few clicks – no hassle, no worries, just the pure joy of travel.

We are looking for a candidate with 1-2 years of experience in sales and the winning attitude who isn’t afraid to pick up the phone and open doors, even when they’re not wide open. You’ll be calling qualified leads – potential customers who already know about us or have shown interest in a specific offer. Your work starts where others finish: turning consideration into decisions, and interest into action.

Your main responsibilities:

  • Actively reaching out to high-quality leads – people who’ve shown interest or responded to our campaigns. Your mission? Turn their curiosity into a real booking.

  • Leading effective sales conversations – understanding customer needs, recommending ideal destinations, and creating offers that make sense both logically and emotionally.

  • Managing complete bookings – from first contact to final confirmation. Phone, email, CRM – you’ll have everything under control.

  • Bringing ideas, feedback, and know-how – we’re not a corporate, your experience truly counts.

  • Influencing sales processes – you won’t just hit targets; you’ll help fine-tune the entire system to perfection.

  • Providing the best possible customer service – via phone and email – and handling related admin tasks.

  • Contributing to the continuous improvement of our services and processes with the Worldee team.

  • Continuously working on yourself and your development – your career path with us is open in all directions.

  • You’ll also get involved in selling our guided, authentic trips with our Travel Buddies.

Who are we looking for?

We’re looking for a driven salesperson who isn’t afraid of the challenges that come with working at a travel-tech startup and wants to change the world of travel with us.

  • You know how to sell.

  • You have excellent communication skills in both written and spoken Czech and English.

  • You have experience with active phone sales – telesales, inside sales, or other commercial roles, ideally in travel, services, or experiences (B2C).

  • Ideally, you have a bit of adventure in your veins – a traveler’s soul is always welcome here. 🌍

  • You’re results-oriented but also pay attention to detail.

  • You have the ambition to achieve something great. You know that working at a startup isn’t just fun, but also sweat and tears.
