Guidance & Control Engineer
Job Summary
We are looking for a Control Engineer with experience in fixed-wing UAVs. You will work on the control laws for UAVs within visual-inertial state estimation and integrate them on real UAVs.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Develop code in C++ for Linux-based SBCs and MCUs
- Implementing control laws and integrating them on real UAVs
- Tuning solutions for different platforms
- Develop and update the Software In The Loop (SITL) simulation
Qualifications and Skills
- Background in robotics technologies related to sensing, estimation, path planning, and data fusion - bachelor/masters in robotics/control would be a plus
- Understanding of flight physics
- Experience with PID, MPC controllers
- Experience with Ardupilot/PX4
- Strong C/C++ skills
- Experience with ARM-based MCUs and SBCs
Nice to have
- Experience with ROS/ROS2
- Experience with Gazebo simulator
- Experience with Matlab/Simulink
