Content Manager

We are looking for a Content Manager to join our marketing team. In this role, you will lead the development of a comprehensive content strategy, ensuring an optimal customer experience and expanding our media presence.
What Will You Do?
Develop and implement a cross-platform content strategy that aligns with both short-term and long-term marketing objectives.
Collaborate closely with the marketing team, particularly the graphic designer and external agencies, to plan and develop the style and layout of various content formats.
Lead the creation of engaging content, including blog posts, case studies, website pages, newsletters, and social media posts.
Oversee content distribution across digital channels and social media platforms to drive web traffic and audience engagement.
Edit, proofread, and optimize content using SEO best practices, including effective keyword placement.
Manage the creation and distribution of newsletters, along with the associated audience segmentation and list management.
Ensure consistency in brand voice, style, and messaging across all content.
Cooperate closely with the Product Marketing Manager and the Lead Generation and PR agency to create the right messaging.
Analyze, evaluate, and report on content performance metrics to inform continuous improvement.

Have at least 3 years of proven work experience creating and managing marketing content.
Are proficient with tools such as G Suite, LinkedIn, Webflow (or another CMS), Mailchimp (or another email marketing platform), Slack, Canva, and Asana.
Have experience with social media management, especially on LinkedIn.
Are knowledgeable of SEO and web traffic metrics.
Have good organizational and time management skills.
Have an eye for graphics and attention to detail, while being able to create clear briefs and provide feedback to ensure brand consistency of our visual assets (you might have to create ad-hoc visuals in Canva too).
Have excellent writing skills in English (native or at least C2 level).
Have strong editing and proofreading skills.
Are proactive and confident in bringing ideas to the table and taking initiative.

Prior experience working in a dynamically growing start-up.
Prior experience in B2B marketing in an IT and/or cybersecurity environment.
