What will be your mission🚀
✔️ Leadership
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of media traders to achieve their full potential.
- Oversee resource allocation and ensure timely, high-quality campaign delivery.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Provide strategic guidance, resolve escalated issues, and conduct performance reviews.
✔️ Campaign Setup and Management
- Develop and execute trading strategies that align with client goals across programmatic and social media platforms.
- Oversee campaign setup and management in DSPs (video, display, mobile, DOOH, and audio) and social media platforms (Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Ensure proper creative uploads, URL tracking, and campaign auditing before and after launch.
- Monitor and troubleshoot campaign delivery, collaborating with DSP and social media platform support teams as needed.
✔️ Tracking and Audience Activation
- Define and implement tracking strategies to optimize conversion funnels.
- Oversee tagging plans, testing, and activation of 1st and 3rd-party audiences.
- Manage site lists and domains based on client requirements.
- Troubleshoot and optimize deal IDs and private deals to ensure delivery and profitability.
Analytics and Optimization - Analyze campaign performance in real time and recommend optimizations to maximize ROI.
- Manage pacing, bids, and KPIs daily to meet performance targets.
- Prepare clear, actionable reports for clients and internal teams using Excel and dashboards.
✔️ Strategic Insights and Testing
- Conduct A/B tests to refine strategies and enhance campaign outcomes.
- Share key insights with account managers and recommend improvements.
- Collaborate on projects aimed at advancing trading practices and outcomes.

- You have a sharp analytical mindset – interpreting data and turning campaign performance into actionable insights comes naturally to you.
- You're quick on your feet, adaptable, and thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- You hold a degree in a relevant field like digital marketing, business, media, or mathematics (preferred)
- You're fluent in English – and if you speak French, German, or Czech, that’s a big plus!
