Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive and target-driven Lead Generation Specialist to accelerate the adoption of our flagship product, SingleDraft — an AI-powered Microsoft Word plugin designed for legal professionals. In this role, you will be responsible for generating and qualifying leads through outbound efforts, including personalized outreach, demos, and follow-ups.
You will focus on building relationships with decision-makers at law firms, corporate legal departments, and legal service providers.
Responsibilities
Research and identify potential leads using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM systems, and industry databases.
Develop and manage prospect lists tailored to legal tech buyer personas (e.g., General Counsel, Legal Operations, Partners, IT leads).
Execute outbound lead generation campaigns via email, LinkedIn, and other channels.
Qualify inbound and outbound leads through discovery calls and criteria-based assessment.
Track, analyze, and optimize lead generation metrics (e.g., conversion rates, CPL, SQLs).
Maintain clean and up-to-date data in CRM.
Stay up to date with trends in legal tech and competitive offerings.
Requirements
2+ years of experience in B2B lead generation or business development, preferably in SaaS or LegalTech.
Solid understanding of lead generation tactics (cold outreach, list building, lead nurturing).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Ability to work independently, improvise, take initiative, and hit targets in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of legal industry terminology, processes, or sales cycles is a strong plus.
