Product Marketing Manager

We’re looking for a Product Marketing Manager who can turn complex ideas into clear product messaging, support go-to-market activities, and drive communication based on real market insights.
What Will You Do?
Conduct in-depth market research to analyze trends, competition, and growth opportunities.
Monitor relevant regulations and industry changes that influence business decisions.
Collaborate closely with product, sales, and marketing teams to translate product features into clear customer benefits.
Prepare product-related materials (e.g., case studies, one-pagers, brochures) for sales and marketing use.
Contribute to newsletters for clients and partners with product updates and relevant content.
Work with external marketing agencies to provide accurate and compelling briefs that generate high-quality leads.
Help create blog posts and web content tailored to a B2B tech audience.
Support product launches by helping define value propositions, positioning, and go-to-market strategies.
We Are a Good Fit If You...
Have 5+ years experience in product marketing within a tech or IT environment.
Understand how to research markets, analyze data, and communicate findings effectively.
Can translate technical concepts into clear and compelling messaging.
Are familiar with regulatory environments or eager to learn how they impact business.
Are proactive and confident in bringing ideas to the table and taking initiative.
Enjoy working across teams and take ownership of your role in the bigger picture.
Like to work independently but thrive in a team with a shared vision.
Which Tools Should You Know?
G Suite. We organize our work via Google Workspace and schedule meetings via Google Meet.
iWork and/or MS Office. We use both Microsoft and Mac products to create presentations, documents, and spreadsheets, as well as to organize our internal meetings.
Asana or similar project management tools.

Salary: 80 000 - 100 000 CZK / month (based on your experience)
