SW Engineer (junior/medior) - IAM team

What You’ll Do:

• Collaborate with a dynamic agile team to design, build, and maintain a leading Identity Platform that sets industry standards.
• Take ownership of projects, leveraging both your expertise and teamwork to innovate and solve complex challenges.
• Ensure the reliability of business-critical software while meeting demanding uptime and performance metrics.
• Apply your technical and analytical skills to design user experiences that prioritize accessibility, usability, and security.
• Architect, deploy, and support sophisticated software solutions using cloud technologies like AWS, GitHub, and Kubernetes, along with Ping Identity.
• Showcase your programming skills in languages such as TypeScript, Java, and Python.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in designing and developing robust web applications, ideally with a few years under your belt.
• At least 1 year of experience in web and applications development.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as JavaScript, Java or Python.
• Technical proficiency with identity standards and best practices in the field.
• Exceptional communication skills, allowing you to articulate ideas clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• A solid understanding of UX and UI design principles, with a focus on optimizing user experience.
• A mindset geared towards thriving in a fast-paced environment, dedicated to continuous improvement and maintaining high-quality standards.
• A passion for tackling the challenges of a rapidly growing product team serving millions of customers.
