We're looking for enthusiastic and talented individuals with attention to detail to join our growing team in our Prague office. The role entails email and chat support, communicating with customers, and other teams here in Prague and in the US. 

As an expert in our product offering, and services, and identifying customer needs, you’ll be on the front lines of meeting and exceeding our customers’ expectations. You will be working with highly professional Art, Tech, and Logistics teams, helping us to create a great base here in Prague for one of the biggest US custom apparel companies.

You can expect a lot of team activities, and regular get-togethers during breakfast with interesting chats.

What will you do

  • You will provide WOW experiences that support long-term customer loyalty & growth
  • You will help elevate customer orders through thoughtful engagement, expert design, and product assistance
  • You will review designs and orders for clarity, completeness, and aesthetics
  • You will comfortably and proactively reach out to customers by phone, email, chat, and SMS
  • You will troubleshoot and creatively problem-solve to deliver results
  • You will collaborate across departments to come through for our customers and company
  • You will resolve any post-order and post-delivery problems for customers with a future-focused mindset supporting long-term relationship goals and growth.

  • English Fluency: You are confident and comfortable speaking and writing in English across a broad spectrum of operational and customer service situations.
