At GLAMI, we are changing the online shopping experience across Europe! We are a fashion discovery search engine connecting millions of users with brands and e-retailers, in 13 markets in the EU. We are looking for eager-to-learn Junior Account Manager to strengthen our relationships with business partners and enhance the experience of our users in the Czech and Slovak markets.

🏋️‍♀️ THE CHALLENGE…

Onboard new partners to GLAMI by guiding them through the registration process, while also nurturing and developing relationships with existing partners to help them achieve the best possible results.

📈 AND THE MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES…

Manage and support our small and medium-sized partner portfolio.
Process new registrations, ensuring proper technical implementation.
Optimize partner performance and overall experience.
Contribute to projects that enhance processes, features, and partner satisfaction.
Engage with partners via phone and email to build and maintain strong, long-term relationships, offering assistance and strategic guidance.
Actively identify opportunities to enhance partner engagement.

✅ REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE…

Fluency in English and native-level Czech.
A team player with strong problem-solving skills.
An organised and analytical mindset with a customer-focused mindset.
A dynamic, proactive personality always seeking improvements.
Interest and passion for the e-commerce industry.
Comfortable with phone communication and an interest in developing sales-related skills.
Previous experience in a similar role is a plus but not required - this is an excellent opportunity for juniors eager to learn and grow quickly at GLAMI.
